Jodie's Weekly Check-in

I actually got back on the wagon starting January 27, so I'll post my starting stats followed by today's. My goal weight is 115 lbs, but once I get there I'm going to reassess if I'd like to lose more or maintain and try to gain more muscle.

January 27
Weight: 125.8
Body Fat: 26.5%
Measurements: Waist 26"; Hips 37.5"; Thighs 21"

February 10 (today)
Weight: 122.8 lbs
Body Fat: 25.2%
Measurements: Waist 25.5"; Hips 37.5"; Thighs 20.75"

3 lbs down, 7.8 lbs to go.
