Healthy Banana Oatmeal Cookies

Image courtsey of SkinnyTaste.com

Ingredients:
2 medium/large ripe bananas

1 cup of quick oats

Method:
Mash the banana and mix in the oats. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and place onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
You can also add chocolate chips, walnuts, raisins etc to change it up a bit.

I saw Bubzbeauty make these on her Youtube channel. She ate them for breakfast or as a treat and paired them with fresh fruit. According to skinnytaste.com, 2 cookies have:
Calories: 93 | Fat: 3.5 g | Carb: 15 g | Fiber: 2 g | Protein: 2 g | Sugar: 4.5 g | Sodium: 0.4 mg

(I have not yet made these because I LOATHE banana but they seem to be a good idea to share)
