Jodie's Exercise Plan January - February

I am a Jillian Michaels disciple so this month's workout plan is pretty typical...

1/27: Yoga Inferno Level 1 MWF; Shed & Shred Level 1 TTh
2/3: Shed & Shred Level 1 MWF; Yoga Inferno Level 1 TTh
2/10: Yoga Inferno Level 2 MWF; Shed & Shred Level 2 TTh
2/17: Shed & Shred Level 2 MWF; Yoga Inferno Level TTh

I usually work out first thing in the morning, which leaves time to fit in some evening classes with my fellow Brits. I'm planning on taking up weekend yoga when I pass my driving test too.

For the last week of February I'll be starting my very favorite Ripped in 30! Maaaybe once it warms up I will get back into running too.
