I'm down 0.2 lbs and 0.75" overall since last week. The end of last week wasn't my best effort as I was first of all feeling too sick to exercise, then it was Valentine's Day/weekend and I indulged in Abe's BBQ, vegan pizza, chocolate-dipped strawberries and some alcohol. I don't really regret anything though! Having a few treats is satisfying, but it also makes me realize that I don't feel good after all that sugar and salt, AND it makes it harder to crave healthy food at the next meal, so I'm reminded of why I don't eat like that usually.
Feeling good about this week though. :)
