Weekly Challenge: With Meditation There's No Limit to What We Can... Imagine


Hey guys! This week's challenge is to meditate, ideally for 10 minutes or more twice a day.

I never do meditation, but it's been recommended to me enough times that I felt like I had to start. Hopefully this will help with a range of things like stress relief, concentration and focus. Please read the following links for information on how to begin:
